CONCIERGE

A more manageable path from lived-in to market-ready.
Explore Your Home’s PotentialPrepare Now, Repay Later
Getting a home ready to sell often reveals worthwhile work at exactly the moment a seller is managing dozens of other decisions.
Compass Concierge can help eligible sellers arrange approved pre-market improvements without paying the covered costs when the work begins. Repayment follows the program agreement, commonly at closing or another specified repayment event.

Finish With Purpose
That flexibility can make it easier to address presentation, repairs, and finishing details before photography and buyer showings begin.

Guidance Shaped Around the Home
Randi and Stewart keep the plan grounded in the home itself—its condition, likely audience, timeline, and the expectations shaping the local market.

Choose Work With a Clear Purpose
The process starts with a walkthrough and an honest discussion about priorities. Not every project deserves a place on the list, and the most expensive option is not automatically the most useful one.
Randi and Stewart help identify updates that can improve how the home feels, photographs, and functions, then shape a realistic scope and budget around the seller’s timing.

Support for Projects Large and Small
Depending on eligibility and project approval, a plan may include staging, deep cleaning, decluttering, painting, flooring, carpet care, landscaping, moving, or storage.
A broader approved scope may address cosmetic renovations, fencing, closets, inspections, roofing, HVAC, electrical or plumbing work, and selected kitchen, bathroom, pool, or exterior improvements.

A Straightforward Route to Market
First, Randi and Stewart evaluate the home with you, identify practical priorities, and establish a proposed budget.
Next, program eligibility and the approved scope are confirmed, and the right vendors can be selected for the work.

Move From Scope to Schedule
As projects move forward, the Fourniers help keep the schedule, preparation, and listing plan connected so the home is ready for its market debut.

Launch With a Connected Plan
After the work is complete, the property is launched and approved costs are repaid according to the signed financing agreement and its repayment terms.

Help Buyers See the Home Clearly
Thoughtful preparation is less about remaking a property and more about removing distractions. Clean lines, repaired surfaces, fresh finishes, and considered staging can make each room easier to understand.
The result is a more cohesive experience across photography, showings, and open houses—one that lets buyers focus on the space, light, layout, and possibilities of the home.

Preparation and Marketing, Working Together
While the physical work takes shape, Randi and Stewart develop the pricing strategy, visual story, photography, and launch sequence around the finished home.
Coordinating those efforts helps each improvement support the same market position, giving the property a deliberate introduction rather than a collection of disconnected upgrades.

Know the Terms Before Work Begins
Compass Concierge participation is not automatic. Seller, property, and project requirements apply, and financing may involve an application, credit approval, and underwriting.
Approved services, available amounts, participating vendors, fees, and interest can differ by location and program terms. Program financing is provided by a third-party lender; Compass is not the lender.

Understand Repayment Conditions
Repayment is governed by the signed agreement and may be triggered by the home’s sale, the end of the Compass listing relationship, the close of the program period, or another event stated in that agreement.

Review Before You Decide
No improvement or financing program can promise a particular sale price, return, or time on market. Review the current disclosures and agreement carefully before deciding to proceed.

Start With a Conversation
The right preparation plan is specific to your property and your priorities. Randi and Stewart can help you assess what deserves attention, what may be unnecessary, and whether Concierge is a practical fit.
From the first walkthrough through the final market launch, you work directly with local advisors who understand both the details of the home and the larger purpose behind each decision.
